Ever thought you were playing a game of “checkers” in your life only to discover a deeper game within the game…?

Sometimes it is obvious… 

(hint: poker is more than just getting lucky cards 💸)

…and sometimes that deeper game is only visible if you look for it.

(cue the Magic Eye book series 😆)

For instance…

When I was a young singer I thought the game of singing was hitting the high notes and sounding good… 

…then I got a great voice teacher and discovered the deeper game of emotionally connecting with the song. 

Once I did that… wow… that deeper game changed everything.

And… playing that deeper game made me better at the surface game much faster.

The more I connected to the heart of the song the more the sounds in my voice opened up… and the more I wanted to sing.

I thought I was playing checkers and didn’t see the game of chess… that is, until I got a great coach to help.
