I believe it was Einstein that said…

“We can’t solve our problems with the same thinking that created them.” 

I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve gotten into my head and then thought I could think my way out.

…which, of course, only gets me deeper in my head.

Perhaps the answer comes from a different source entirely… the heart. HeartMath has some interesting insights to consider.
